The Würzburg and Ilyrian Regiments

Amongst the odd units fighting for Napoleon were the Balkanian Ilyrians (a light Infantry unit) and the German Würzburg Regiment. They wore a French-style uniform and were painted in one only painting session!

As always the full story can be found at my web site The other French Allied at Gross-Beeren

  2. Some more nice painting. I missed out on winning Napoleon's Battles on ebay even though I got up at 6.30am on Saturday morning to bid!oh well. I won a set of Revell British foot artillery and Revell French Guard Chassuers, nice sets.
I plan to build a Corps of French and British for now using the same scale as Naps Battles. After that then the Russians,Austrians,Prussians,Swedes and finally the Spanish!
